Bio

Steve has over 14 years of real estate experience, all dedicated to representing occupiers, and has risen to the rank of Managing Principal in the Philadelphia office becoming the fourth partner locally. He is a staple on Cresa’s annual Top Producers list and has transacted over 4,000,000 SF of space on 4 different continents.

As a Managing Principal at Cresa, Steve provides guidance and direction to companies seeking integrated and creative real estate solutions. Steve has varied experience working for clients in the pre-revenue stage all the way to Fortune 10 companies. Steve is a member of Cresa’s Strategic Leadership Council, providing leadership and expertise to advisors and leaders nationally.

Prior to Cresa, Steve had the pleasure of working on a few TV shows (Life on Mars) and films (Mission Impossible 4) as a writers’ assistant.
