Morgan Properties hired Cresa’s Jerry McGarry to lead project management efforts for the completion of its regional headquarters. He provided value through a streamlined and efficient approach from planning to final execution. He oversaw the fit-out and implementation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. His expertise enhanced the headquarters’ functionality, creating an environment where employees could work, collaborate, and thrive while enjoying modern amenities.With Jerry’s meticulous oversight, the finished project is home to 450 employees and fosters collaboration, attracts talent, and enhances productivity to support the company’s national footprint. He secured the up-to-date offices and workspace environment, including meeting rooms and training facilities, contemporary dining areas, and indoor and outdoor spaces for employees. In addition to the headquarters, his efforts helped bring to life a new 8,500 SF state-of-the-art amenities center for employees and tenants. This center offers a variety of recreational activities, including a golf simulator, a fully equipped fitness center, gathering spaces for corporate functions, and tranquil outdoor areas with direct access to the Schuylkill River Trail.
