As the ‘’single point of contact’’, Bruce provides services which include needs analysis, market surveys, site selection, new lease and lease renewal negotiations, comprehensive lease audits, financial analysis, facilitation of government grant tax credit program accreditation dispositions, buyouts and strategic consulting.
