Bio

David is a managing principal and co-market leader in Cresa's Houston office. Prior to joining Cresa, David managed one of the city's premier independent real estate brokerages, Fritsche Anderson, which he helped found in 2007. He brings extensive tenant representation experience, beginning his career as an original member of Trammell Crow’s Corporate Advisory Services division. Throughout his career, David has closed more than 5 million square feet of commercial transactions, the majority of which in Houston.
