Gary is an Advisor with Cresa, representing office and industrial clients with their lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, relocations along with property acquisition, disposition, build-to-suit and sale-leaseback transactions. Gary has 20 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, representing occupiers/buyers for office, industrial and retail requirements throughout every major submarket. His diverse experience has given him the skills to meet his client’s business goals.
