Jim is a senior advisor in Cresa's Houston office, specializing in office and industrial tenant representation. Prior to joining Cresa, Jim worked at one of the premier independent local brokerages, Fritsche Anderson. Jim also has worked with The Pulte Group in New Home construction and sales, helping manage construction timelines and buildout for 3 new communities in the Greater Houston Area from 2016 to 2020.
