Bio
Bill brings nearly 50 years of commercial real estate experience in the Houston and San Antonio markets. He began his career at Hines where he was instrumental in securing the lead tenant for 1100 Louisiana, leasing 600,000 SF to Houston Oil & Minerals Corporation, the largest office lease completed in Houston at the time. Bill then transitioned to tenant representation where he has worked on a variety of projects for the likes of Frost Bank (HQ), Exxon, Schlumberger, Haynes and Boone and Quintana Petroleum among others.
