Rick Door is the Managing Principal of Cresa’s Salt Lake City office and a member of Cresa’s Board of Directors. He has spent more than 25 years providing strategic direction, cost savings and holistic real estate solutions to corporate clients. Rick represents clients across a variety of industries for both one-off requirements and portfolio account work. He has represented more than 30 million square feet nationally and fluidly optimizes Cresa’s cross-market network to service portfolio clients. His knowledge of the mid-West region has allowed him to manage more than $60 million in real estate transactions.
