Bio

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Parker provides his clients with advice and expertise on the process of negotiating corporate headquarters, relocations, municipal incentives and equity participation agreements on both a regional and national basis. Parker started his career at CB Richard Ellis in 1988. After representing both landlords and occupiers for over 7 years, Parker co-founded Flinn Ferguson Corporate Real Estate in 1995, focusing exclusively on the needs of the occupier.
