Tim is a founding Managing Principal at Cresa Madison. For more than 25 years Mr. Rikkers has been negotiating lease and purchased transactions on behalf of his corporate clients. Mr. Rikkers has leased and purchased more than 8 million square feet of office, R&D, laboratory, and industrial space for more than $500 million in total consideration.
