Cresa Acquires CMPG

Acquisition Expands Firm’s Project Management Capabilities Across Southern California

LOS ANGELES (December 1, 2025) – In another move that strengthens its occupier-focused platform, Cresa today announced that it has acquired CMPG, a full-service project management firm based in Diamond Bar. It is the third acquisition Cresa has closed in the past 45 days.

CMPG is led by Christie Fischetti and Dyana Elam, who join Cresa as Managing Principals and will lead the firm’s Southern California project management team. All CMPG employees, 22 in total, will join Cresa’s existing PM staff supporting the region, which includes Cresa’s Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego offices.

In addition, Cresa will keep CMPG’s existing office location in the Inland Empire, giving the firm a new and strategically important office in the region.

“This acquisition and the significant expansion of the service line enhances Cresa’s ability to meet the needs of local and portfolio clients alike and is another step forward as we continue to expand our end-to-end service delivery,” said Dennis Smith, Executive Managing Principal, Co-Market Leader for the Greater Los Angeles Region. “CMPG’s proven track record and industry experience align with our vision of providing a full-service platform that drives value from concept to completion.”

CMPG provides comprehensive project management services for construction projects of all sizes and types, including office, public sector, entertainment, historic, transit, laboratory, technical, industrial, and retail. Leveraging decades of industry experience and a sophisticated management platform, CMPG teams work seamlessly with all stakeholders to deliver functional, sustainable spaces on time and within budget. Notable projects include Los Angeles County Arboretum Visitor Center, HSF Corporate Relocation, Snap Program Management, Doheny Eye Institute HQ, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank Capital Upgrades/Building Retrofit and over $165 million of improvements at the historic Los Angeles Union Station.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Cresa, a company that shares our client-first values and allows us to expand our project management services,” said Fischetti. “We are excited to be able to continue providing services to our existing clients and to join forces with Cresa both throughout Southern California and nationally. Together, our combined expertise will allow us to produce exceptional results and value for our clients.”

The acquisition of CMPG is the latest in a series of recent moves that Cresa, the world’s leading occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, has made to bolster its platform. In October the firm acquired Fischer, an advisory firm specializing in national and global strategic portfolio management, and in November closed on Bluechip, a premier data analytics firm.
