Cresa's New Jersey Office Relocates, Doubles Footprint and Expands Team

Following Record Year, Cresa NJ Moves to approximately 4,500sf offices at 301 Route 17 North in Rutherford NJ; adds two senior brokers

RUTHERFORD, N.J. (March 14, 2024) – Following a record year with earnings up by 48 percent, the New Jersey office of Cresa is pleased to announce it has moved to 301 Route 17 North, in Rutherford, NJ, doubled its space, and added two new senior brokers to the team, comprising Garrett Rioux, Senior Vice President, and Dennis W. McConnell, Principal. Led by Managing Principals Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks, the New Jersey office has committed to a long-term lease for the fully renovated 4,465-square-foot office suite, which is close to their previous location at 201 Route 17 North.
