Garrett Rioux is a Senior Vice President with over 20 years of real estate experience in the office and industrial commercial real estate sectors. He joins Cresa New Jersey's Rutherford office after an 18-year career at CBRE. As a specialist in tenant representation, he has completed transactions totaling two million square feet, valued at more than $850 million. His expertise, knowledge, and consultative approach have cultivated long-term relationships that have benefited from his integrated advisory services, acting as an in-house real estate department for his clients.
