Results

  • Cresa Detroit identified and negotiated multiple incentive opportunities, such as tax abatements, grant funds, workforce development, and added tax solutions.
  • After selecting one of the many long-standing vacant buildings in Detroit for the new facility, Cresa was engaged to provide program management/monitoring services. These services included budget development, constructability and estimate reviews, change order management, and schedule monitoring through the planning, design, and construction phases of the approximately $20 million retrofit project.
