Client Objectives

Discount Laptop Shop’s (DLS) operation was built around refurbishing computer and server equipment. DLS decided to make a strategic move to relocate their headquarters and operations from Connecticut to Phoenix, AZ. DLS’ space required a welcoming and productive front office and a technical operations space. Operations included receiving electronic equipment, erasing the equipment memory, and refurbishing the equipment, finishing with packaging and shipping. Racking, handling equipment, and detailed coordination of power for processing stations were required.
