Page is a 500-plus person architecture and engineering firm with multiple offices in the U.S. and abroad. They were outgrowing a converted retail space that no longer suited their needs. When Page approached the market they needed more space and something unique, that would provide better brand visibility.
Results
Winters Heafey and Rick Door facilitated the transaction. They looked at every possible option, before the top suite of Denver’s tallest building, Republic Plaza, became available after having been occupied for nearly 20 years.
The result of proper planning, good timing and a well-negotiated lease is an impressive space central to downtown Denver with surrounding mountain views.
