Cresa’s Ed Lowenbaum and Glenwood Real Estate’s Jason Talanian represented Kuriyama of America, Inc. in the sale of its 163,309-square-foot U.S. headquarters property at 360 E. State Parkway in Schaumburg, Illinois. DN Solutions, a global machine tool company, acquired the asset for an undisclosed price. It will serve as the company’s corporate headquarters and showroom.
“This property offered the buyer a unique opportunity to acquire a modern distribution facility within 10 miles of O’Hare Airport in an established industrial hub,” added Lowenbaum. Newmark’s Tom Gath and Kevin Murphy represented the buyer in the transaction.
The modern warehouse and distribution facility sits on 11.5 acres and features 34’ clear ceiling height, 15 exterior docks, and parking for 134 cars. It also includes 32,000 square feet of office space. Located in the heart of the Schaumburg industrial corridor, the building offers immediate access to I-355 and I-90 and a highly skilled labor pool.
