After significant growth, Just-A-Start underwent a multi-phased build and renovation project to consolidate their many services under one roof.
With residential, classroom, lab, and office HQ space on the same
campus, this project was multi-faceted with a variety of space types
and requirements.
The client team sought a capable partner to organize and streamline the many different services, vendors, and activities involved.

Just-A-Start engaged Cresa’s PM team to facilitate FF&E management of the first of two project phases. During this phase, the Cresa PM team oversaw the installation of all FF&E in a variety of space types, including classrooms with specialty equipment such as a bio lab, IT labs, and
a woodshop.
Building on that successful relationship, Cresa provided full PM services for the second project phase, managing the new build of an HQ space. The team coordinated all project vendors and details with clear communication and minimal operational disruption.
Cresa PM went on to coordinate the design and installation of furniture and AV equipment, and also facilitated Just-A-Start’s relocation to occupy the new building.
