International Metals Company Signs 4,800 sq. ft. Renewal at Sanzari's Glenpointe Campus
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a lease renewal at Glenpointe in Teaneck with a business in the precious metals industry, the landlord announced Wednesday.
Auramet International Inc. will remain at the corporate campus where it has been since 2013, according to a news release. The $20 billion company, which focuses on physical metal trading, financing and advisory services for the sector’s global supply chain, occupies 4,818 square feet at 670,000-square-foot mixed-use campus at interstates 80 and 95.
“With its great amenities, convenient location and strong sense of community, Glenpointe remains the perfect home for our company,” said James Verraster, Auramet’s CEO. “We’re excited to extend our lease, continue our relationship with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and remain part of Glenpointe’s vibrant community.”
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Chris DeLorenzo, vice president and director of leasing and marketing, and Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing, handled the landlord’s side of the transaction at 300 Frank W. Burr Blvd., or Glenpointe Centre East. Jason Fray, managing principal of Chicago-based Cresa, represented the tenant.
“We take pride in our ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our tenants, which has been key to our continued leasing success not just at Glenpointe, but across our entire portfolio,” DeLorenzo said. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with Auramet’s team and providing them with a premier tenant experience.”
