A worldwide pandemic combined with a macro oil price war, which for Alberta is nothing short of the perfect storm. Just one of these events would likely be catastrophic in its own right, but together over the course of a month our province has been brought to its knees. We are even more susceptible considering the well publicized issues (infrastructure, lack of capital, etc.) we were facing heading into this.
