Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, today announced the addition of Tricia Trester as Head of Global Portfolio Solutions. In this role she will lead Cresa’s Portfolio Solutions and Consulting teams, with a focus on client portfolio optimization and service to help companies navigate today’s complex commercial real estate landscape.

Trester brings over 20 years of industry experience, having most recently served as Managing Director and Principal at JLL, where she led multi-regional teams, provided insight and strategy to create value-driven client outcomes, and focused on advancing customer relationships. Prior to JLL, Trester was the London-based Head of Enterprise Solutions for Cushman & Wakefield, where she led Sales and Solutions in EMEA. Before moving to London, she was a regional lead in the Americas creating solutions for Fortune 50/100 clients. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Trester spent eight years at JCI leading a global sales and solutions vertical, project management lines of business and large scale PMO’s for business transformation. Trester is a recognized industry leader and speaker and active member of CoreNet Global, CREW and IFMA.

Trester is the latest in a series of high-profile team members that Cresa has added, which include CEO Tod Lickerman and incoming President Greg Schementi, both formerly of Cushman & Wakefield. On the operational side, Cresa has also added Kathryn Ditmars, General Counsel and CHRO, and Krsitin MacCarthy, CFO, in the past year, both formerly of JLL.
