Tony Juliano, a passionate executive known for building cohesive teams, aiding clients, and supporting charitable endeavors, has been a leader in Philadelphia’s commercial real estate community for more than a decade, earning high praise for his ability to affect change and inspire those he works with. Named Market Leader – Philadelphia for Cresa in 2021, he has had a significant impact on local business operations despite the challenging commercial real estate climate. Since his arrival, Tony has drawn on his strategic, operational, and management experience to achieve the firm’s ambitious regional growth plan and his success since taking the reins is clear.

Achievements in 2022-2023 include the addition of a four-person project management team that completed 44 projects totaling 1.5 million square feet and valued at $102 million; and the debut of a new, state-of-the-art office in Center City, which further expands the firm’s presence in the region and is the latest step in delivering a more robust service platform to the company’s client base. And so far in 2023, Cresa Philadelphia’s total revenue is up 89% over 2022, a true testament to Tony’s successful recruiting efforts and organic revenue growth among existing team members.

As important as bottom-line stats are, Tony believes it is equally important to build a team of true collaborators who care deeply about providing the best possible outcomes for Cresa’s occupier clients. This remains a central tenet of his business philosophy, one that also emphasizes a commitment to a positive and inclusive team culture, premier client service, and community service. Or, as he likes to call it, “a great recipe for success.” The embodiment of these core values led to Cresa Philadelphia receiving the “Best Places to Work” award from the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Tony, who was born in South Jersey and earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Villanova, has prioritized civic endeavors throughout his life, serving in various roles for organizations he believes in. He is currently a Board Member for the Special Olympics of New Jersey, where he also serves on their Garden State Unified Golf Outing planning committee. With Tony’s guidance, and through the Cresa Cares initiative, members of the local office participated in several volunteer days supporting Cradles to Crayons, Helen’s Angels, Bringing Hope Home, Manna, UUARC (United Ukrainian American Relief Committee, Inc.), and CAARSEA (Colonial Area Anti-Racism Social Equity Alliance) in 2022 and 2023. Tony was recently selected as the Executive Sponsor for Cresa Cultures, the global team that focuses on promoting DE&I efforts across the company.
