Since joining Cresa, Kelly has managed over 5.5 million SF of build to suit industrial space ranging from 400K to 1.7M SF as well as several tenant improvement projects ranging from 6,000 to 180,000 SF. Kelly specializes in office, industrial, public/private education, healthcare, hospitality and car dealership projects, including tenant improvement, build to suit, occupied expansion, and occupied remodel projects. He has saved millions of dollars while maintaining schedules for his clients.
