Jason Shepard specializes in advising occupiers on infrastructure-centric and mission critical facility needs. He navigates the nuances associated with needs analyses, location strategy, multi-market evaluation, site selection and acquisition of critical facilities (e.g. data centers, technical operations, etc.), and works with clients to build a better understanding of how these matters can affect business operations.
