Stephen is a construction management professional focused on Life Sciences with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of managing projects and coordinating stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. His background in the field working for landlords, developers, general contractors and as a client representative has given him a unique and extensive skill ranging from building assessments and lease assistance to facility maintenance. Stephen has also worked on Life Science projects throughout the United States from incubator spaces to high-rise BSL3 laboratories.
