Mark represents companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, helping them find space to run their business more efficiently (Office, R&D, Manufacturing & Warehouse). Companies hire me to; (1) lower their occupancy costs, (2) find and negotiate great space, (3) renew existing leases to ensure landlords profit is minimized, (4) reduce rent prior to lease expirations via lease restructuring, (5) right-size space to create efficiencies.
