Ben Kuhn is an Advisor in Cresa’s Miami office, specializing in Tenant Representation for occupiers across Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. He works closely with business leaders to develop and execute real estate strategies that align with long term operational and financial goals.
Born and raised in Coral Gables, Ben combines deep local market knowledge with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver results in one of the country’s most competitive and fast changing real estate markets. In 2025, Ben was recognized as one of Cresa’s Rising Stars, an award honoring outstanding emerging talent with less than a decade in the industry.
Cresa is the only global commercial real estate firm that exclusively represents Tenants. Ben and his team leverage this platform to consistently achieve the best, conflict free outcomes for their clients by advocating solely for the needs of Tenants – never landlords.
