Jay Cook joined Cresa in 2015 with over 10 years’ experience in industrial and commercial real estate services. Jay’s focus is industrial real estate in greater Chicagoland, including food/freezer facilities, material handling and racking systems, and third-party logistics. In addition to his transaction work, he provides various cost studies and appraisals for insurance, banking, merger and acquisition, private equity, and legal specializations. Whether identifying prospective locations based on labor availability and tax incentives or mitigating risk by optimizing your supply chain, Jay can help you rethink and future-proof your real estate strategy.
