Matt spent the first three years of his career fully dedicated to representing the best interests of occupiers. Cresa's sole loyalty to the occupier enables Matt to take time to understand his client's needs, objectively identify space options, thoroughly investigate landlord proposals and aggressively negotiate on all aspects of the transaction, ensuring the most advantageous lease, purchase or sales terms possible for his clients.
