Cresa Philadelphia Welcomes Eric Zahniser as Managing Principal
PHILADELPHIA (February 7, 2023) – Noted national industrial expert Eric Zahniser has joined Cresa, the world’s leading occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, as a Managing Principal with the firm’s Industrial Services group. He will be based in the Conshohocken, PA office.

Eric previously served as Head of Business Development & Portfolio Management at Siemens Healthineers, as Senior Manager – Capital Finance & Real Estate at Bimbo Bakeries USA, and as an Asset Manager with the GSA, before transitioning into brokerage with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services where he was most recently a Principal.
During his career, Eric has negotiated several million square feet of deals throughout the Northeast logistics corridor and across the U.S. Recent transactions include a 619,000-square-foot investment sale and subsequent lease to a 3PL in Mount Pocono, PA; a 341,000-square-foot lease on behalf of a 3PL in Port of Houston, TX; and a 450,000-square-foot lease on behalf of a 3PL near the Lehigh Valley International Airport in East Allen Township, PA.
Eric sits on the Board of Directors for IAMC (Industrial Asset Management Council). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Shepherd University and an MBA from Villanova University.
With his arrival, Cresa expands its presence in the burgeoning Greater Philadelphia industrial market. It is the latest step toward regional expansion aimed at offering more robust services to the company’s client base. In October, Cresa opened a new, 2,400-square-foot, state-of-the-art office located in Center City, which accommodates the firm’s growing roster of professionals.
