Bio
Joe Rattan is an accomplished marketing leader with 35+ years of experience developing and executing award-winning visual campaigns that communicate and connect with targeted audiences. He is recognized for creative strategic thinking that increases value by growing awareness and impact through effective brand application. In his role, he develops winning presentation strategies, stories for proposals and offerings, marketing campaigns, event planning initiatives and creates materials in the appropriate vehicle to convey optimal messaging.
For 25 years, Joe owned his own marketing and branding firm, Joseph Rattan Design, serving as principal creative director. He went on to serve as a director of branding, publications, and marketing at Metropolitan Community Churches and as marketing and patron relations manager at Turtle Creak Chorale.
Joe then entered the commercial real estate industry, serving primarily as senior creative design manager at Colliers in Dallas, supporting branding initiatives and building a team of specialists across Texas. Joe later made the move to esrp as the director of marketing and communications. In 2022, Joe was instrumental leasing the rebranding efforts when esrp merged into Cresa and continues to lead marketing efforts across Dallas, Frisco, Houston and Austin offices.
Joe is a Texas Tech University alumni, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning his BFA in Design Communications, with minors in packaging design, color theory, and illustration.
