Mark Wanic serves as Cresa's Executive Vice President, for the Portfolio Project Management division, responsible for managing the P&L, client relationships, business development and service delivery. Previously, Mark was President and Chief Operating Officer at PPM, Mark brings nearly 35 years of Global leadership experience spanning CRE and other industries.

He has held executive positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Paradigm Tax Group, Fischer & Co. and Lucent Technologies. Known for driving sales growth by elevating client service and team performance, Mark’s expertise supports Cresa’s expanding global portfolio.
