Bio
Anthony is an Advisor in Cresa’s Houston office specializing in office lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions. He started his career as a landlord leasing agent for a Class A office property in the Houston Galleria submarket where he gained valuable insight from a landlord’s perspective which he leverages on behalf of his occupier clients today. Anthony is a member of Cresa Houston’s Law Firm Practice Group which specializes in the representation of local and national law firms in their office lease transactions. Over the course of his relatively young career, Anthony has closed approximately 20 transactions totaling $7 million of gross transaction value.
