David is an Executive Managing Principal and Co-Market Leader in Cresa's Houston office. Prior to joining Cresa, David managed one of the city's premier independent real estate brokerages, Fritsche Anderson, which he helped found in 2007. Throughout his career, David has closed more than 7 million square feet of commercial transactions.
David’s professional recognitions have included designation as a Top 20 broker in Houston by the CoStar Group and a finalist for the NAIOP Rising Star Award. David is currently a Board Member of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA).
