Patrick advises companies with distributed employees to grow and manage their real estate portfolios. He also works with local companies to support both office and industrial transactions.
Patrick serves as the first point of contact for real estate and workplace decision-makers to advise on site selection, occupancy planning, lease negotiation, financial analysis, workplace decisions, subleasing and flexible offices, portfolio management, and supply chain logistics.
Ultimately, Patrick helps his clients decide where they need to be, how their space should work to serve their business, and how to secure the space with the best possible terms.
