Cresa appoints Jon Olmstead as D.C. Principal

Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, today announced the return of Jon Olmstead as a Principal in the Washington, D.C. office. Olmstead returns to Cresa, bringing his expertise and in-depth knowledge of the D.C. market to help clients identify and align their real estate objectives.

Olmstead returns to Cresa, having most recently served as Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Tenant Representation professional, specializing in strategic planning, financial analysis, business terms structuring, and lease negotiations on behalf of tenants. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he spent 20 years at Cresa in Washington, D.C. where he was recognized as the top producer in 2005 and received Deal of the Year accolades in 2005 and 2007.
