Each year, The Lipsey Company conducts a survey on the commercial real estate industry’s top 25 most recognizable brands. The survey is based on a company’s innovation, responsiveness, quality of service and level of advisors’ proficiency. Cresa has been proud to be on the list for many years.
This year, Cresa was the highest-ranked occupier-only firm, and in addition, Cresa was also ranked in the top 10 overall.
This recognition comes after a number of significant announcements by Cresa, including a global partnership with Knight Frank, announcing Greg Schementi as incoming President, and acquiring Workplace company Agile Work Evolutions.
