Client Objectives

Pattern Energy is a leading U.S.-based renewable energy company operating wind farms worldwide who chose for their headquarters a historic building in the heart of Jackson Square in San Francisco requiring extensive renovation. As Project Manager, we represented the client and managed the design and construction teams as well as all vendors under contract with Pattern Energy. Guiding the tenant improvement construction process, we implemented Procore to direct the coordination of submittals and request for information. Keeping the team on-budget and focused on the tight move-in schedule, we facilitated weekly OAC meetings and seamlessly coordinated the general contractor, multiple furniture dealers, the design-build IT/AV consultants, and other owner-contracted vendors including the LEED and Commissioning consultants.
