Combine offices from three separate locations throughout metropolitan Brussels and relocate the European Technical Quality Assurance Group from Essen, Germany to a new campus location in Southwest Brussels. The building site was once a bottling facility that included environmental remediation prior to the construction of the new office campus.
Results
Successfully completed construction of a 500,000 SF facility to house the Belgian headquarters of The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and the European Technical Quality Assurance Group. The technical group required a 75,000 SF lab facility to provide soft drink quality analysis for Europe and Africa. Campus facilities include a cafeteria, medical facility, credit union, and health club. The facility was completed in 2002.
