Cresa Adds Fray, Hollander as Managing Principals and New Jersey Market Leaders

Cresa has welcomed veteran brokers Jason Fray and Harlan Hollander as managing principals and market leaders in the tenant representation firm’s New Jersey office.

Fray and Hollander, who are longtime partners and most recently were with Savills, join Cresa alongside New Jersey managing principals Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks. Their arrival also comes after a year in which revenue for the New Jersey office grew by 48 percent.

“As market leaders, Harlan and Jason will continue the development and execution of the firm’s growth strategy and operations throughout the state while recruiting to build on Cresa’s existing presence in Rutherford,” Cresa President Greg Schementi said.

They’re among the latest additions to the growing team, which recently doubled its footprint with the opening of a new office in Rutherford, with an advisory practice that spans local and multimarket office and industrial occupiers across a range of industries, including financial services, legal and manufacturing.

“Continuing to build on the momentum of significant growth over the past few years, we are pleased to welcome Jason and Harlan to Cresa as our partners,” Gralla and Marks said in a joint statement. “This joint endeavor will bring a dynamic rise in client engagements, increase our market share and help attract new talent to our collaborative culture and team.”

Prior to Savills, Fray and Hollander were with Cushman & Wakefield, according to a news release. They are 20-year commercial real estate industry veterans.

“Cresa’s occupier-focused full-service platform reinforces our core values as a team,” Hollander and Fray said. “We look forward to continuing the unprecedented growth of the New Jersey office through focused talent acquisition and service enhancement, boosting the brand.”
